Legal & policies

User AgreementPrivacy PolicyAcceptable Use PolicyAI Feature Guidelines

This Policy applies to your account, research requests, saved materials, reports, Signal Watch monitors, credits, automated access, and any use through a connected third-party integration or client.

Klinko does not currently offer a public community or self-serve team workspace. If those features are introduced, feature-specific rules may supplement this Policy. We evaluate conduct using context, intent, scale, repetition, potential real-world harm, and applicable law.

1. Respect and personal safety

  • Do not threaten, harass, stalk, blackmail, intimidate, or encourage violence or self-harm.
  • Do not attack or demean people based on protected characteristics.
  • Do not expose private information or use audience research, targeting, or monitoring tools to identify or harm vulnerable people.

2. Privacy and responsible research

Do not upload or share personal data, confidential records, private communications, or sensitive customer information without a lawful basis and appropriate permission. Do not use Klinko to re-identify people from aggregated information or to build invasive individual profiles.

3. Authenticity and research integrity

  • Do not fabricate sources, customer quotes, statistics, evidence, or research participation.
  • Do not present inferred or AI-generated findings as verified facts or direct testimony.
  • Do not impersonate another person, organization, customer, or Klinko representative.
  • Disclose important limitations, material conflicts, synthetic content, and paid or sponsored research where relevant.

4. Intellectual property

Submit and use only material you have the right to process. Respect copyrights, trademarks, database rights, confidentiality duties, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, and contractual restrictions attached to source material.

5. Illegal and harmful activity

Do not use Klinko to facilitate fraud, unlawful discrimination, malicious surveillance, exploitation, illegal goods or services, malware, credential theft, evasion of law enforcement, or other unlawful or seriously harmful conduct.

6. Credit, automation, and platform abuse

  • Do not create or coordinate accounts to repeatedly claim free credits, evade plan limits, or avoid payment.
  • Do not manipulate usage, reports, rankings, evidence, feedback, billing, monitoring thresholds, or access controls.
  • Do not trade accounts, share credentials outside authorized use, scrape non-public areas, or automate activity that degrades the Services or violates published limits.

7. Enforcement and appeals

Depending on severity, intent, history, and risk, we may warn, block a request, remove stored material, restrict features or credits, suspend access, or disable an account. Urgent threats, child-safety risks, or serious illegality may be reported where required or appropriate.

If you believe an action was mistaken, email business@klinko.ai with the relevant account, request, monitor, report, or source details.

8. Reporting

Report suspected violations through available product feedback or business@klinko.ai. If someone faces immediate physical danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Do not redistribute harmful or illegal material merely to report it.
