Klinko User Agreement

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, to use the Services independently. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Klinko does not currently offer a self-serve team or shared-workspace plan; enterprise customization and access arrangements are governed by the applicable order or separate agreement.

2. What Klinko provides

Klinko evaluates lawfully accessible market information and information you provide to help identify audiences, compare opportunities, understand customer needs, develop research hypotheses, and monitor changes. Features, evidence coverage, model providers, usage limits, and availability may change over time.

The Services support research and decision-making; they do not guarantee a business outcome, market demand, customer response, revenue, or return on investment.

3. Your inputs and projects

You retain your rights in lawful information, files, instructions, notes, and other material you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit and process your inputs. Do not upload confidential information, personal data, or third-party material unless you are authorized to do so and the submission is appropriate for the intended research.

4. Reports, analysis, and AI output

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use reports and output generated for you. Public facts, common ideas, and similar outputs may also be available to others, and we do not promise that any output is unique or capable of intellectual-property protection.

AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or biased. You are responsible for checking sources, context, rights, and suitability before relying on or sharing it, especially for decisions with significant financial, legal, employment, health, safety, or personal consequences.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe rights, deceive people, discriminate unlawfully, harass, surveil, or cause harm.
• Do not attempt to re-identify individuals from aggregated or de-identified information, or build sensitive personal profiles without a lawful basis.
• Do not bypass safeguards, access controls, rate limits, or usage limits; interfere with the Services; or scrape non-public areas.
• Do not present AI-generated findings, synthetic quotes, or inferred claims as verified facts or first-hand customer testimony.

6. Public sources and third-party services

The Services may reference public websites, platforms, data providers, search results, and third-party AI or infrastructure services. Third-party content remains subject to its source terms and rights. A citation or link does not mean that Klinko controls or endorses the source.

Sources can change, disappear, restrict access, or contain errors. You should review material sources before making an important decision.

7. Paid plans and cancellation

Klinko uses credits to measure work such as evaluating market evidence, ranking segments, and producing market analysis. A new free account receives a one-time balance of 200 credits and does not include Signal Watch. Paid plans include monthly credits that renew with the billing cycle and daily bonus credits that reset each day and do not roll over.

Credit packs are one-time top-ups, are valid for 90 days from purchase, and can be used only while a paid subscription is active. If a paid subscription lapses, unused pack credits are frozen until the user resubscribes, remain subject to their original 90-day validity period, and are not refunded solely because they are frozen.

Prices, storage, Signal Watch limits, taxes, renewal periods, and cancellation methods are shown on the Pricing and purchase pages. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, used credits, consumed digital services, and fees for a billing period already started are not refundable. You may cancel future renewal through the method shown in the product or by contacting us.

We may change plan features or prices prospectively. We will provide legally required advance notice of renewal, price changes, and cancellation options, and will not charge a new recurring price without the notice or consent required by law.

8. Signal Watch and connected tools

Signal Watch is available only on eligible paid or enterprise plans. Current self-serve limits are described on the Pricing page. It monitors selected segments for changes in demand, pain points, competition, language, channels, and segment structure and may provide weekly digests, material alerts, and monthly reranking.

Monitoring depends on evidence availability, processing schedules, thresholds, and delivery systems. “Continuous” monitoring does not mean every relevant market change is checked in real time, and Klinko does not guarantee that every change will be detected or delivered without delay.

When you connect or use Klinko through a third-party integration or client, that provider’s terms and privacy practices also apply. You are responsible for protecting credentials and reviewing what information you send through the integration.

9. Klinko intellectual property

The Services, including software, interface, visual design, trademarks, documentation, ranking methods, and platform materials, are owned by Klinko or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services, cancel future subscription renewal through the available billing method, or request account deletion by emailing business@klinko.ai. We may restrict or suspend access to address security risks, legal requirements, non-payment, serious or repeated violations, or harm to users, third parties, or the Services.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Some information may be retained after termination when required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backups.

11. Disclaimers and liability

We provide the Services using reasonable skill and care, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or that any research conclusion will be correct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klinko is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update this Agreement as the Services or law changes. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

Before starting a formal dispute, contact business@klinko.ai so we can try to resolve it in good faith. Applicable law, venue, and dispute procedures remain subject to mandatory rules that apply where you live or where the responsible Klinko operator is established.
