YidooO.LLC, a United States company operating the Klinko service (“Klinko,” “we,” or “us”), is responsible for the personal information covered by this Policy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information when you use our websites, applications, audience research, market-signal analysis, reports, monitoring, and related services.
Some features may provide a more specific notice at the point information is collected. That notice applies to the relevant feature together with this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information, such as email address, account ID, name, profile image, language, region, and information provided by a supported sign-in provider.
- Research inputs and saved content, such as questions, briefs, notes, files, selected sources, saved audiences, reports, feedback, storage items, and Signal Watch settings.
- Usage and device information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, time zone, pages viewed, feature interactions, diagnostics, and security logs.
- Transaction information, such as plan, amount, currency, subscription status, credit usage, and transaction result. Payment providers generally process full payment credentials directly.
- Communications, such as support requests, survey responses, complaints, appeals, and business correspondence.
2. How we use information
- Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and provide requested features.
- Process research inputs, generate reports, save projects, and deliver monitoring updates.
- Operate subscriptions, usage limits, billing support, and customer service.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our policies.
- Measure performance, fix errors, and improve usability, reliability, and relevance.
- Meet legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Klinko, our users, and others.
3. Market information used for research
Klinko may organize lawfully accessible market information relevant to a requested research question. Depending on the request, this may include public text, source URLs, timestamps, public identifiers, and contextual metadata needed to provide and review the requested analysis.
We use lawfully accessible market information to identify aggregate market patterns, audience needs, customer language, competitive gaps, and change over time—not to make decisions about a named individual or infer sensitive traits about a specific person. Availability does not remove privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, or access restrictions.
If public information about you appears in a Klinko result and you want to request correction, removal, or restriction, email business@klinko.ai with the source URL and enough detail to locate the material. We will assess the request, applicable law, source status, public interest, and effects on existing evidence trails.
4. AI processing and model improvement
To produce requested analysis, we may send necessary inputs and context to contracted AI and infrastructure providers. These providers may process information only under our instructions and applicable agreements.
We do not use your non-public research inputs or saved content to train a publicly available general-purpose foundation model, or permit a provider to use it for independent model training, unless we clearly disclose that use and obtain any consent required by law. We may use feedback, aggregated or de-identified information, and samples you explicitly choose to share to improve the Services.
5. Legal bases
Depending on your location and the activity, we process information to perform our contract with you, with your consent, to comply with law, to protect vital interests, or for legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, such as securing and improving the Services.
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Service providers that support hosting, AI processing, authentication, analytics, communications, security, and payment, under contractual restrictions.
- Third-party tools or integration clients you deliberately connect, according to your instructions and the integration you enable.
- Authorities or other parties when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud.
- A successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice requirements.
7. International transfers
Klinko and its contracted providers may process account, research, device, transaction, and support information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.
Where law requires a separate cross-border notice or consent, we will identify the relevant overseas recipient or category of recipient, contact route, purpose, method, information categories, and rights process before the transfer. If the required authorization is not provided, the affected feature may be unavailable. We use recognized safeguards for international transfers where applicable.
8. Retention and security
Account and saved research information is generally retained while the account is active and for the deletion and backup period reasonably needed after closure. Authentication and security logs are retained for a limited period based on fraud and security needs; transaction records are retained as required for accounting, tax, refund, and legal obligations; public-source references may remain while a report or Signal Watch history is retained. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal holds and backup cycles.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please use strong credentials and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied privacy request. You can also manage certain account, communication, and cookie settings in the product or browser.
Email business@klinko.ai to make a privacy request, request account deletion, or appeal a response. We may need to verify your identity and authority without collecting more information than reasonably necessary.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
Klinko supports Google sign-in and email verification-code sign-in. The application domain uses secure, HttpOnly access and refresh cookies for authentication, session rotation, and logout; the landing site does not read those tokens. We also use technologies necessary for security, preferences, and core operation and may use analytics to understand performance. Where required, we ask for consent before non-essential technologies are used.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 18 or below the applicable age of digital consent. If you believe a child provided personal information without valid authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as our Services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will provide prominent notice of material changes and request consent again where required.
For privacy questions, complaints, or incidents, email business@klinko.ai. Please do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information by email.
